About these terms

These terms apply when you use stonemoto.co or buy from Stone Moto Co. Stone Moto Co is operated by Magnetite LLC. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm and ship it. Until then we may cancel it and refund anything you paid, for example if we cannot verify the order or its payment, or if a price was shown in error.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout where they apply, before you pay. Card payments are taken by Stripe.

Shipping, warranty and returns

All sales are final, with no returns. If a bike or part arrives with an issue or defect, Stone Moto will address it. Write to info@stonemoto.co.

Your account

Keep your password private. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at info@stonemoto.co.

Using the store

Do not misuse the store, for example by trying to break into it, overload it or copy its content in bulk.

Our content

The store's content, including product photos and text, belongs to Magnetite LLC or its licensors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
