Who we are

Stone Moto Co is operated by Magnetite LLC. It sells Sur-Ron electric bikes and parts at stonemoto.co, from Orange County, California. Questions about this policy go to info@stonemoto.co.

Our mailing address is 501 Main St. #223, Huntington Beach, CA 92648.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses and phone number, and your account details if you create an account.
• Order details: what you bought, what you paid and how it was shipped.
• Payment details: card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to this store.
• Technical details: the services that host the store record requests, including your IP address and browser, to keep the store running and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to take and deliver your order, send emails about your order and your account, answer your questions, prevent fraud and keep the store secure.

Who we share it with

We share it only with the companies that help run the store, and only what each needs. We do not sell your personal information.

• Stripe, which takes card payments.
• Our third-party logistics (3PL) partner, which fulfills our orders, and its carriers: we share with them the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order.
• Resend, which sends our order emails.
• Netlify, Fly.io and Neon, which host the store and its data.

Emails

We send only order emails: emails about your orders and your account, such as an order's confirmation, its shipment and a password reset. They come from orders@stonemoto.co. We send no marketing emails.

Cookies

The store uses only the cookies it needs to work. It sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies, and it uses no other tracking tools.

• A cookie that remembers your cart, for 7 days.
• A cookie that lets this browser show you the order you just placed, for 1 day.
• A cookie that keeps you signed in to your account, for 7 days.
• A cookie that holds your details while you confirm a new account, for 1 day.
• A cookie that lets the store show you its latest pages, for 1 day.
• A cookie that remembers your language, for 1 year.
• On the checkout's payment step, Stripe's payment form, which takes your card, may set its own cookies to help prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for your orders, their warranty and our tax records. We keep your account details until you close your account or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can see and change your details on your account pages. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction or its deletion, write to info@stonemoto.co.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you more rights over your information. Write to us and we will answer.

Children

This store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as encrypted connections. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure.

We may change this policy. This page always shows its current version and the date it took effect.
