Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the lower 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or any other address outside the lower 48 states.

Because we ship within the United States only, no import duties apply.

Shipping rates

Bikes ship by freight for a flat $300 each: two bikes ship for $600. Wheel kits ship free. The cost of shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days before they ship. Orders that go by freight may take longer to arrange.

Verifying orders

We may verify high-value orders before we ship them, for example by confirming your details or your payment with you. If we cannot verify an order, we may cancel it and refund anything you paid.

How orders are delivered

Orders ship through our third-party logistics (3PL) partner. Bikes go by freight: the freight carrier contacts you to set up a delivery appointment, and an adult must be there to sign for the delivery.

Please work with the carrier to arrange your delivery. Missed or refused deliveries may incur fees.

Delivery times and tracking

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1 to 6 business days depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates, not promises.

Tracking is provided when available: we email it to you when your order ships.

Your address

Please give an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout, with a phone number the carrier can reach you on. If you notice a mistake in your address, email info@stonemoto.co at once.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your order does not arrive, email info@stonemoto.co.

Damage or shortage

Check your delivery before you sign for it. Note any damage, or anything missing, on the freight delivery receipt before signing.

Report concealed damage, found once you unpack your order, within 24 hours of delivery, with photos, to info@stonemoto.co. If a bike or part arrives with an issue or defect, Stone Moto will address it.

Sales tax

Orders shipped to California are charged California sales tax at 7.75% on the products, never on shipping. Orders shipped to any other state are charged no sales tax.
